The evident and direct reality that the Savior in biblical accounts advocates for a kind of radical love centered on the impoverished is what has always made Christianity rather a controversial faith: attractive to the populace, but because of its inherent radicalness needing to be restrained. In the fifties it was contained via weakening – Protestant Christianity was so prevalent that it practically blessed current circumstances.
A Battle for the Highest Among Us
So I have been inspired to see the steadfast resistance against Trump arise in this past year.
